Your service provider’s competency and risk management skills are of high importance in effectively delivering this support. Apart from this, assistance will be provided depending on various complex health needs of the participant such as Urinary Catheters, Ventilation, complex Bowel Care etc.
Your service provider’s competency and risk management skills are of high importance in effectively delivering this support. The service can be accessed at home or in other environments depending upon the convenience and requirements of the participant. We train our supporting staff to deal with complications that could happen to the participant, such as handling a seizure, first aid treatment, CPR administration or stoma care. We will work together with your medical practitioner if required to do so. They will also pay attention to your personal hygiene and infection control procedures as well as maintain the charts and records.
