1989 R32 GTR Skyline Gunmetal Grey. I have had the car 5 years; bought from a woman whose husband was a former motor mechanic, who advised that she only ever drove it to club events; believed to be the 2nd owner in Australia. Neither tracked by her nor me. This is my 3rd Skyline. I've worked on cars all my life but I still had automotive engineers go over every model - spent one year looking for this model. Many GTRs about with oil leaks, rust, worn gears, faulty ABS units, non-standard glass, repaints, illegal and inept modifications performed by the usual jackasses and much more. Some cannot be made roadworthy. This vehicle is pretty well standard including original dropforged wheels, glass, etc save Nolathane bushes, Tian shocks, slotted discs, custom exhaust system built by Dr. Drift, who rechipped it to 227 kW with original jets for good fuel economy. Still new tyres. New battery (tend to go off if not used). Still regularly serviced with the best fluids, including synthetic oil. Dr. Drift can provide an opinion to serious buyers. Thoroughly checked out prior to buying, including removing seats, carpets to check interior as well as exterior bodywork and undercarriage, door interiors. Compression test was excellent for compression levels and balance across cylinders. No rust signs. Original glass plus moulding - rubber and metal inserts. Is in concours condition, has been mechanically faultless. No water leaks. No body repairs. Unused spare tyre. One key for door and boot access (original locks). Immaculate interior. A headache free motorcar. Reason for selling: Hardly drive it (I'm 66 and prefer my pushbike) and it just gathers dust. Mostly went out for Sunday drives with my wife. 101, 731 km or 63, 582 miles. Available on Skype, for those interstate - to look at anything anyone wants.
